The ancient Yogis developed a profound and nuanced understanding of our life force, which they called prana. They created pranayama or breathing practices to both rejuvenate and cultivate energy while also stilling and preparing the mind for meditation.
In this workshop, we’ll look at the fundamentals of pranayama practice and how we can use this powerful tool to manage our energy, support deeper states of meditation, and enjoy improved health and well-being. No previous yoga or pranayama experience is necessary to enjoy this workshop!
